All rooms in the house, except for the bathroom, have full view to the sea and cliffs. Designed by Spanish architect Antonio Ortiz Gacto, the house is influenced by Arabic style and has no flat corners. The bathroom has an oval shape and a dome ceiling. The construction is right on a volcanic rock, becoming therefore a part of the house. The total plot is over 1,200 square metres and the house holds around 150 square metres of useful surface.

The house includes:

    • A bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a divan (either for an adult or child)
    • Two bedrooms furnished with two single beds each one
    • Two living rooms (a living room with a library and a fireplace room equipped with T.V. and DVD)
    • A gas propelled kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toast maker, boiler and washing machine.
    • Dinning room with table and six chairs, next to the kitchen
    • An ample bathroom
    • Front porch with sea views to the lighthouse and the cliffs (with outside wooden table and tile bench)
    • Back terrace looking over the mountains and volcanic rocks
    • A private garage for two vehicles, including a shower.
