All rooms in the house, except for the bathroom, have full views of the sea and cliffs. Designed by Spanish architect Antonio Ortiz Gacto, the house is influenced by an Arabic style with no flat corners. The bathroom is an oval shape with a dome ceiling. The property is right on a volcanic rock, which becomes part of the house. The total plot is over 1,200 square metres and the house has 150 square metres.
